Ross is the programme manager for the recently commissioned Glenrothes District Heating System – Glenrothes Energy Network. He was responsible for managing all elements of the scheme including design, business case, approvals, marketing and communications, construction and commissioning.

Ross is a chartered engineer with an honours degree in civil engineering and an MBA. He has experience working on major projects within the water industry and PFI, as well as managing Fife Council’s civil and structural engineering team. Outside of the workplace, he is a keen (but not very able) runner and a lifelong supporter of Motherwell Football Club.
